Ideal for families and surrounded by beautiful lush tropical landscapes, the Playa Costa Verde Hotel is built in typical Cuban design, the Hotel has a comfortable laid back feel keeping singles, couples and families returning year after year.
Playa Costa Verde Hotel has a total of 480 r0oms consisting of 440 standard rooms, 20 pool view superior rooms and 16 suites. 4 of the rooms are adapted for wheelchair use.
Rooms have one King Size bed or two Twin Beds and an extra bed available for a child if requested. The rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, satelite TV, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, cd player, full bathroom and a balcony or terrace. Superior rooms and Suites have mini bars that are re-stocked daily and available at a supplement. Twin/Double room for sole use are also available on request at a supplement.

There is a 24 hour reception, supervised childrens club which caters for children from 4 -12 years old and is open from 9.00am until 5.00pm and also for the evening a babysitting service*. There are 6 bars available at the Playa Costa Verde Hotel consisting of Compay Cigar Bar, Beer Corner Bar, Snack Bar (open 24 hours), Aqua Bar, Beach bar and Illusions Night Club. There are 5 restaurants at the Hotel consisting of the main buffet restaurant, three a la carte restaurants, Japanese show cooking, Italian and Cuban cuisine and the snack bar offering lunches and midnight buffet. Families with children under 5 years old must have the first sitting at the a la carte restaurants, children over 5 and up to 13 years old must take the first or second sitting in the a la cartes. There is also a dress code for a la carte restaurants whereby gentlemen must wear shirt collars (no vest tops) and long trousers, no bare feet or sandals and no shorts or bathing suites permitted. There is also an ice cream parlour at the Hotel to keep the whole family happy.
There are two freeform swimming pools at the Playa Costa Verde Hotel along with a children’s pool. Swimming pool has a swim up bar. There are loads of other leisure activities, Games room with backgammon, cards, dominoes, pool table and board games, 4 Tennis courts, 1 Badminton court, Basketball court, Bicycles (with extra charge), Beach volleyball, Aerobics and Water sports – windsurfing, sailing, kayaks, pedal boats & catamarans. Sun loungers and pool towels are included in the All Inclusive at Playa Costa Verde Hotel.
There is a daytime and evening activities programme at the Playa Costa Verde Hotel with the Hotel Animacion Team and consists of themed parties, concerts, varied shows, karaoke nights and you can dance the night away in the Illusions nightclub.
